De*****ed by a dealership upon vehicle purchase

I need assistance with this matter I bought a second hand NP 300 bakkie in December at Aurinia Ford in Silverton Pretoria, from a sales person named Candice Jacobs, the car had 15 000 K's on the clock by the time of purchase and the sales person I bought the car from assured me that the vehicle had a 90 000 service plan, I remember quite well what she said as I specifically asked her apon reading the lease agreement.... Five months later the car was due for service and I asked her if I should be bringing the car to her dealership and confirmed that I should take it any Nissan dealership at the dealership I made aware that the vehicle had no service plan and I Was only notified after the service was already completed as I was invoiced, I went to the dealership where I bought the vehicle I was told to come back the next day as as the used cars manager was not in on the day... when I came back the next day he could not assist with the situation as he also claimed that the dealership owner was not in they could not assist as he makes final decision I was promised to be called up to this day.... upon several confrontation the sales person didn't refuse what she told me on the day of purchase but they still didn't need assist me in anyway....this was not my first complain concerning the information she fed me upon purchase of the vehicle...the instant she I deposited R 5000 Rand in personal account that she claimed it was a deposit in order for me to get vehicle and I did question this with her Manager but he didn't assist...So please please assist concerning this as I was de*****ed not only once but twice by the same people I trusted when I was vulnerable looking for a for my business and they took advantage of my situation to get better commission from selling me a lie...I am currently indebted for the money I paid out at the Nissan dealership for my car to be released....
