Defaced my hood lining

What a terrible experience this past 2weeks with cmh Ford umshlanga/Mt Edgecomb. I have a brand new Ford ranger 2.2 not even 2months old Sent it for a bin check up as it make a few squeaks later see that my hood lining was dirty, called the service advisor Preegan who assured me he will take care of it n I should not worry. He never called me back it was Monday 18/11/19 when I called him n asked for his support took my van on the Tuesday n got it back today when I see my hood lining is completely messed up with wet n stained patches all over I immediately took it back to him where he takes a few pictures n tells me that my van is becoming more of an issue. He asked me to lease with a 3rd party that they had used to clean up my hood lining up what a joke the guy is not even a professional. The disappointment is overwhelming n completely frustrated
