Day light ******* by Ford South Africa

In October 2020 took my Ford figo to Action Ford Malmesbury for CV joint repairs, only repaired one side which is the right side. Paid R921 for part. Last week 26th November 2020 went back to them as I wanted to also change the other side which is the left CV joint. Now the amount for part is R2900. Paid deposit of R1500 but when I arrive home and check the previous invoice which is the one of October I realised something is not right why is the amount trippled now. Went back to Ford dealership to cancel the order of part, appointment and requested a refund of the R1500 that I paid. Still waiting for my refund since last week Thursday. They also mentioned that they will deduct some amount from the R1500 that I paid for handling or some fees.
