Damaged my car and refuses to fix it

I bought a Ford Figo 2012 brand new out of the box in 2012 at Cassy’s Ford Springs. On every 20 000km I took it to Cassy’s Ford Springs to get serviced.

On the 03/08/2018 @ 7h00 I took my car for a service at Cassy’s Ford Springs for its 60 000km service. As I pulled in to the workshop I parked my car in the line as indicated by the dealer on a slope heel. I parked my car and used my handbrake to secure my parking. The work shop Manager came to me and took the cars info, I told him to please have a look at the handbrake because it’s starting to feel loose.

Later the day Cassy’s ford phoned me to tell me that my handbrake needs to be replaced because its broken, I told them it can’t be broken because I used it this morning to park in there shop against the slope. The lady then told me that it only broke when the adjusted it to max and then it snapped so I told her then it’s their fault and she said she will speak to the manager and phone me back. After a few min she phoned back and then changed the story and said that someone used spacers and that’s the reason why my handbrake is broken. I told them that’s not possible because my car has always been serviced at Cassy’s ford springs and nowhere Els so one of their service people had to put it in with a previous service. All my stamps is in my book to prove that it has only been serviced at Springs Cassy’s Ford. When I spoke to the lady on the phone and told her that it is unacceptable and that they need to replace it the manager started shouting in the back ground and swearing at me. When I went to get my car and drove out of the workshop my car had no handbrake at all and that a danger to my life and insurance won’t pay if something happens. I just think it’s reasonable for them to fix the cable as it is not the state that they received it in. I phoned the Manager and he said that I can report this case to Ford Head office but they refuse to fix it. I have supported Cassy’s Ford from that I bought my car from them. I insist that Ford fixies my handbrake as the Lady confessed that it only broke when they adjusted it. Photos where only taken after it has been broken by the Ford Cassy’s Springs.
