DAMAGED GOOD FOR SALE
I hererby lodge a complaint against County Ford Port Shepston.
On the 20th February 2015 we purchased a Kia Rio from them in cash. Already on that day the car had a few problems, but they assured us that they have sorted out all the issues (the car is second hand).
It then continued to give problems until we decided to return it to the dealership on the 20th of March 2015. The manager Eddie was so rude and insulting to us. He refused to have anything to do with the car. He claimed that the cables inside the car were bitten by rats in my yard. I explained to him that in my yard there are currently 4 other cars that are parked there and that this is not my first car so it's not possible that if there are rats they would choose to attack this specific car and leave the rest untouched.
We even saw a rat on the same Friday (20 march 2015) running across the yard on this dealership.
I would like to lodge a complaint against them. I want to return the car and get a full refund on the car as I cannot trust them to swap the car for another one.
Its automatic transmission Kia Rio 2008 model
Mileage at the time of purchase was 97000km and now it is 100231 km.1.6 litre engine
