DAMAGED AIR CON COMPRESSOR ON FORD FIESTA THAT WAS BOUGHT BRAND NEW

I would like to express my frustration with regards to my car. I bought my car brand new in 2013. This year, 2017 October, I incurred a massive expense in having to replace my aircon compressor. .....after only 4 years of driving it. The amount i paid is R11 600. i have messaged Ford South Africa about this matter. The only reponse i received thus far is " send us your contact details and we will contact you" whic was on the 24th of November...my request was that i be reimbursed for their faulty car parts. I have not heard from them since. Please take note, I HAVE DRIVEN MANY OTHER MAKES OF VEHICLES , AND THE AVERAGE LIFE SPAN ON A BRAND NEW ENGINE COMPONENT LIKE THE AIR CON COMPRESSOR IS ABOUT 10 YEARS WITH A HIGH MILEAGE OF AROUND 30000KM'S PER YEAR , AND WHAT FUSTRATES ME FURTHER , MY CAR HAS ONLY DONE 65000KM OVER THE LAST 4 YEARS , AND IT IS SERVICED REGULARLY BY FORD
