I recently bought my 3rd brand new vehicle from Ford. This time round I was spoilt with the expert services of a knowledgeable salesperson Raeez Gaffoor (Ford N1 City Cape Town) whom not only knows about the luxury whistles and bells of a vehicle, but also its engine compartment and fuel consumption specifics and road handling capabilities. The selling point was in the prompt answers to my well anticipated questions as a customer. The pre sale discussion, execution of sale and the registered delivery on time as promised took 2 days.
