I booked my car at Ford Fourway's for a services and clutch repair. When I arrived at the dealership I find that my car was only booked in for service. I told the person that was booking in my car that the clutch needs to be replaced. The person said that the repair will take few days. Later that day I received a call saying that my car is ready for collection. I query about the repair and I was assured that the car is fixed. When I collect my car, I find out that the clutch was not replaced and only a services done. I e-mailed the service manager only to find out that they performed a few test on the car and determined that the clutch was fine. I was offered a face to face meeting to explain the testing process. Displeased with the service delivery at that dealership I then booked my car in for the same repair at Ford Greenstone. It took Ford Greenstone seven busy day to fix my car will very like feedback regarding my car. From day one to day five, I was the one calling the dealership for feedback. Only on day five after tempers flared did I receive a call from the dealership and received feedback on my car. I then proceed to send the Ford Greenstone invoice to Ford Fourway to show them that they diagnostic on my car was wrong. To my surprise the service manager still says that they were correct. Is it so hard admit that you were wrong? Is it a mission to provide your customers with feedback on their vehicle. I've lost my appetite for a Ford vehicle after this experience with two different branches.
