Customer Disservice

Ford is dilly-dallying with finding a solution to the vibration issues on the new 10 speed Wildtraks. How many complaints do they need before they act? I didn't pay over R**** for a vehicle that comes standard with a shudder. If that's what I wanted, I would have paid R100k for Go or Kwid! I'm absolutely disgusted with Ford's lackadaisical attitude.
