Crack in my windscreen

Good day I took my car in for service at Ford Bethlehem on the 25 April. I left my car without a chip in the windscreen and when we pick it up it had a chip. By the time my brother realized this, we could not turn back because we staying in Senekal. I called to ask what happened and the lady send me pictures to show my car had a chip on the windscreen with check in. I asked for footage from when my car was taken from outside inside the workshop but I haven't received anything as yet. It was said that Riaan will call me back but I'm still waiting. My car is also stil showing "service required". I don't know what happened this time around because this is not the service I know from Ford since I bought my 1st Ecosport in 2016.
