Courtesy Vehicle Request

On Saturday 5 December my Ford Focus broke down in Sandton. This is my third Ford, and it only has 40 000 km on the clock. A vehicle this new shouldn't be suffering engine failure. <br> <br> Earlier today (7 December) I requested a courtesy vehicle from Ford South Africa. A very rude senior manager told me that the dealership is responsible for courtesy cars, not Ford Group. I find this unacceptable, as Ford South Africa produced the car.<br> <br> I need a vehicle ASAP as I have meetings and doctor's appointments. My complaints on Facebook and Twitter have been ignored.
