Court order on sold car

Hi,<br> <br> I Traded my car in at Ford Alberton on the 5th of January 2016.<br> This afternoon i received a court order for someone driving 119Km in a 60km zone on the 17th of January 2016.<br> This is unacceptable! The car is supposed to be removed from my name. Now I have a court order against my name.<br> <br> Please sort this out and send me proof that this has been sorted as well as that the car has been removed from my name. This is not my responsibility.<br> <br> This is the first ford I ever bought and if this is the type of service i receive. Why should i buy a Ford again?
