corroded part on new vehicle

Hi. I am actually so despondent with regards to Ford. I have been a Ford fan all my life&have my 3rd vehicle with them.My Ford fiesta 1.5tdci trend is 2years and has 19000 km's on the clock.WIth last year's service, a campaign recall was done to repair the faulty rear seat belt clip. At the service my mirror was knocked&had to be replaced.I drove the manager's bakkie at N1city Ford&was liable for excess of R7000 payable should I knock the vehicle. With this year's service at Ford Halfway Kuilsriver,a corroded cooling system part(cooling my engin) was discovered :-( How does a car of 2years old with such low mileage(car only does 30km max a day)have corroded parts already??People make arrangements to take cars for services and now they kind of make it your problem and responsibility to make arrangements again to take the car back so they can fix new problems and a new car!I feel Ford should be more accomodating and also extend all their Ford models to 6years warranty....seeing that this is now the 2nd part being replaced on a vehicle within 2 years and still under warranty
