Continental tyre flaking

We have taken the problem up with Ford Brits were we have complained more than once and it has never been addressed and so once again we have to follow up.

We do not believe that this is cosmetic as they claim, even without inspecting front tyres, as you will see from pics.

It is only front tyres that flake and now looks like pieces braking of, back tyres are fine.

Please get back to us asap, we want the front tyres replaced. There after you can take it up with Continental. Very unhappy customer
