Complaint Regarding Excessive Oil Consumption in Ford Everest Sport

I recently purchased a Ford Everest Sport, which is still under warranty. Despite having replaced the engine as advised by the dealership to fix an excessive oil consumption issue (needing oil every 15,000 km), the problem remains unchanged.

When I raised the issue with Ford South Africa, I received no response, and the dealership informed me that Ford South Africa considers this high oil consumption “normal” for a Ford Everest. If this is the case, why was engine replacement suggested in the first place?

I would appreciate answers and assistance with this unresolved issue.
