Complaint against Eastern Cape Motors Ford Principal Dealer

On the 30th January by 13:44pm Leroy Crosman Called me, He said he is a manager at EC motors Ford.He said wanted to make an appointment for us to talk. Then we agreed for the 1st February 2023 at 10:00 am. By 09:18 am Andile Mapingana called me and told me that Vusumzi the driver is coming to fetch. Immediately when we arrived with my wife there was only a greeting. He took us to the Boardroom. There was no introduction we found in Troy and Andile, There was no introduction from themselves and what was the purpose of the meeting.

Leroy first apologised for not communicating with me. He produced the papers from Law for all and wanted to know what happened. He said he saw the complaint on social media and does not want that again. I asked what exactly you called me for because of all my complaints you do have. I recorded him while we were talking. I explained to him well. He said that's what we called you for. Then he told me I am a **** if the car after the service when they test it overheats and the engine is not dead. I asked what exactly happened? He said it has got a problem. I said fix it kalok he told me we are not going to fix it.

I asked again why do you call me if you want to discuss this matter. He told me my lawyers do not care since he was talking to them and they don't want to respond. To you my laywers what is the use of representing me if you don't defend me. I am asking because of the report I got from them.

Those people told me because they don't care about my lawyers and they were not going to replace the car. I can go everywhere. I ask them if you have called me to threaten me? He said no I want you to buy a new special we have for engines at ford.

My lawyers, I want you to interven in good faith. These people threatened me and they wanted me to feel small. These people undermine and tell me they have been in this industry for years as a mechanic. That's what Leroy from Ford said to me. I am not happy a person just called me to threaten and wanted me to be scared.

Please also engage with their big bosses Mr Chris Theodonair from East London and Stefan Theodonair from Port Elizabeth, the true bosses of EC motors . This matter now makes me worried. If the principal dealer called me to say he is a manager and I am not going to win.

Kindly please call me immediately you received this email, what else these people will do next time. I am worried and scared about this matter now.
