Complaint
I must say i am very disappointed in Ford Vereeniging.
my vehicle went for a service on Thursday the 20/05/2021 it was booked in before 8 o'clock, the claims was only logged 11:41am and i was informed at 16:56pm to collect my vehicle.
Ford also was the vehicle when they do a service unfortunately this was not the cause on Thursday, my car come back dirty and worst than it looked before it went in for the service, my sister collected my vehicle as i was at work luckily she only drove to McDonalds to get dinner while driving to McDonalds she notice that the bonnet is not closed at all, while waiting to put in her food order she closed the bonnet.
What would have happened if didn't stop at McDonalds and drove directly home.? What if the wind caught the bonnet and it flew open this would have put my Sister's live at risk as well as other motorist.
Last year October my vehicle also went for a service at form Vereeniging. A Month later when i finally drove my vehicle i wanted to check the oil and water only to realize that i can't because Ford broke the bonnet lever on the outside was broken off and put back nicely in order for me not to notice it. When i took my car back to Ford they denied that they broke it and i had to buy the lever myself which cost about R40 they then said they will be it in, when they finally put it in the Service advisor ***** and mount that they had to do it as they were not at fault.
7 months later after the service in October 2020 my car started making a funny noise when it was taken in to another repairing dealer they informed me that 1 of the sparks plugs was never put in correctly and it popped out and damage which i had to replace which cost me R400.
I must say this is honestly the worst service i have received from Ford and will never ever service my vehicle at ford again.
I would like an explanation why I am treated like this and what steps will Ford be taking again the branch
