<p>I have a Ford Fiesta 2015 model, been driving it for 2 years with no problems.</p> <p>I took it in for a 40 000 service @ Ford dealer Alfred County Auto in Kuils River, then two weeks later I started experiencing problems with the car overheating and losing power. When I took it back to the same dealer. 1)Traces of plastic were found inside the bonnet, how did it get there ( chances are, when they were working on my car they might have left/forgot the plastic inside the bonnet)</p> <p>2) They also advised that the radiator is damaged and needs to be replaced, ( how possible is a soft plastic can damage a radiator). Please can you provide a full technical report explaining in detail how the radiator was damaged by the plastic. As per the technician, he advised there is a dent in the radiator and this could not have been done by the plastic or by me as I have never opened the bonnet myself. The damage could have been caused by the person who worked on the car while doing the service.</p> <p> </p>
