Complain about ford service

Im having a problem with ford brits...i booked my car there because its keep on alarming for no reason..so last month i handed my car there for worshop then no one ever inform me that the car its ready i had to call them and ask my self which i did...Then i went there to collect my car then after 3days the alarm started again and i called them they said i must bring it which i did on the 13/11/2018 Then on the 15 i received the msg that said portia will call and inform me if the car its ready for collection but till now no 1 called, then yesterday i called them looking for portia and she said the person whos helping me its on leave...portia know nothing about the car... so what do i do with this situation??? Please assist me
