Complain about ford ranger

Goodday Please kindly assist, I bought a ford ranger XLT 2016 model from Fury Ford amanzimtoti in 2016, the car had engine failure within 3 months and when I asked them about that people from ford umngani just loughed at me without telling me what courses the engine failure . 4 to 5 months after tyres started Pilling and now the same car all the lights are not working and I am told it's factory fault, am stuck ford people don't even care. Please kindly assist .
