Complain about Ford Ranger

Message: I purchase a FORD RANGER 3.2D (my 3rd) from IMPERIAL KEMPTON PARK on the 14/11/2014. I travel to Musina monthly. On my first trip to Musina just norht of Polokwane the vehicle started jerking and loosing power. I had to continue driving in 2nd gear to slowly move forward, after a distance the power returned, and I could complete my journey to the north. I reported the problem to Imperial Kempton Park, on my return from Musina. The mechanic replaced the fuel filter, suggesting the fuel might be dirty. However this could not be the reason , as I experienced the same problem on a few occasions on my trips to Musina. I then took the bakkie to CASSEYS AUTO BENONI, who checked the computer. Still the problem occured and although the bakkie was checked on several occasions, thereafter the problem was not solved. I contacted FORD MOTOR COMPANY OF SA. with my query and spoke to Dagney, Leagto, Sibongile, Albert Pretorius and the latest Alfred Liebenberg. After explaining the problem to Alfred he said he will discuss it with his senior, Willie Moller, and come back to me. I phone him yesterday (19/3/2018) and his reply was: Moller says the bakkie is within the FORD specifications. Now what does that mean?? I wanted to speak to him to explain that the problem only arises after +- 200kms when the engine is hot, but I was told he won't take my call??!! I also spoke to Kobus Vermaak - workshop manager at Casseys and explained that the problem arises when the engine is hot. He undertook to speak to FORD and come back to me. He never came back to me. The communications at FORD and it's agents are pathetic. It is extremely dangerous to drive this vehicle. I was driving in the fast lane over the Zoutpansberg mountain, the bakkie jerked and lost power, the only way I could advance was to change gears to 2nd, and slow down , which frustrated the taxis and other vehicles behind me. There was no power to move to the slower lane. If this is the kind of service that FORD provides , the chances that I will buy a FORD again is ZERO. I would still like some feedback.
