Commission /Incentive

Normally with VW when i refer a friend I will get 10% commission but with FordSA I referred a friend two weeks ago and everything was successful at Ford SA Pinetown Sales Agent(Hopewell), and I did not get any commission or incentive as part of acknowledgement since I am also an existing client of the same company owning Ford Ranger. I have sent an email about this but haven't received any reply.
