CMH Ford

I bought a Ford Mustang from CMH Ford Randburg this time last year and all was well. Around September the paint peeled from the front bumper and I reported it. I took the car in in October and only got the approval this January after I personally went there and got the lame excuse that they couldn’t get hold of me! Yet when I was doing the deal I heard from them weekly. Now I have to take the car in and they won’t give me a courtesy car for a warranty repair. I am a doctor and have to sometimes work night shift. I was actually going to upgrade there, but no thanks! I just hope is has nothing to do with the fact that I’m black.
