Clutch

I have a service plan with Liquid capital; I took my car in for service in December at the N1 city Ford branch. In my understanding when you take a car for service the clutch, brakes etc are supposed to be checked if they are still in good condition. I was surprised when I was told on the 29th of February that my clutch needs to be changed because its broken.<br> I would like to know how come the N1 city branch did not pick up that I need to change the clutch when I took it in ,in December ??<br>
