City Ford must replace my clutches

My car Ford Ecosport 2013 Powershift was towed to City Ford after I had a breakdown. They did a diagnoses and submitted a 44k claim to my warrany insurance for a clutch replacement and whatever else - that was March 2018. In June 2018 I took my car for service and they did 100km service and I was told they had to change the cambelt and drive belts because I was over 90km,though not on a 100km as yet.

Immediately after that service I noticed that my car had no power and the clutch slipped, especially on an incline. I took the car to City Ford and when I returned later that day the service manager said their foreman drove the car and could find any fault. A few days after the same problem persisted so I asked my partner to take the car in- again a Ford staff member test drove the car and then a software upgrade was done. Still experienced the same thing and I went back the 3rd time. I insisted on driving with them this time so I could point out the problem .Workshop manager and I did the test drive and before we could even leave the yard he acknowledged that the car did not sound right so it should be booked in only to be told I needed a new gearbox. Another claim for 88k was submitted to the extended warranty insurance. However they declined and sent my car for a second opinion at Mayfair Gearbox, who in their diagnosis/report stated that if the TCM is not changed at the same time as the clutches it might cause oil leaks, thus causing damage to the new clutches. Now extended warrany refuses to pay because problem was due to wear&tear, however Ford claims they did replace the TCM in March when they replaced the clutches. Please help me because because in my opinion Ford is responsible because if they did replace the said seal/valve why is it worn out after 3 months.
