CHM Ford Gezina Sub standard smash and grab

CMH Ford Kempster Gezina. Using sub standard smash and grab on vehicles. Leaving scratch marks on top by the rubbers. Gezina replace it but two days later scratches back again. Dealer said that is due to the fact that I drove gravel road. They say I must accept the scratches and move on!! Really bad for a vehicle that is 5 months old!!!!!!
