Check Brake System error on Ford Ranger Bakkie

My wife bought her 2021 Ford Ranger from Hatfield Ford in 2022 with around 30000km on the odometer. In around July 2022 the vehicle started showing an error when starting up of "Check Brake System". We immediately took the vehicle to Nelspruit Ford for assistance. They inspected the vehicle but could not find an error and requested that if it happens again we should return the vehicle. The very next week the issue reoccurred, and we took the vehicle to them. They kept it for testing but after a few days phoned and said they could not find the error and unless the error was showing on the vehicle so that they could test it with their system they could not assist.

So began a back and forth from the 2/08/2022 with us taking the vehicle to them, "testing", reloading software and the likes with no change and no solution to the problem. We again raised the issue that it was a safety concern and that my wife was the one driving the vehicle on a daily basis which was a huge risk.

The vehicle was repeatedly sent to them on various occasions and according to them they had a Ford Technical (from Head Office) also come and look at it on the 14/09/2022, which according to them would fix the error after some adjustments. Needless to say it was not fixed and the problem persisted, We were told that they tested the vehicle repeatedly every day that it was there (about a week long), yet the vehicle tracking system shows it being started in the morning driven out and back in in the afternoon with no work done on it,

We involved Ford South Africa directly, but to this date which is more than a year later we are still waiting for a solution. Also for the past few months Ford Nelspruit and Ford South Africa's representative are reading the mails sent in this regard but not even having the curtesy to respond.

Most worrying of all is that one would expect that after a year Ford would be able to fix a problem on their vehicle especially if it is on one of the vehicles most important safety systems, THE BRAKES, but it would seem nobody at Ford Nelspruit nor South Africa are serious about customer service or safety.
