Recently my car was overheating so I drove it one of the ford dealers in Gezina, North of Pretoria and then I specifically asked ford to diagnose my cooling system and then after they service my car and give me a report on the cooling system of my car, they serviced my car and did not give me any report on the cooling system diagnosis instead they charged me for engine timing and they also charged me for my car misfiring, but initially when I drove my car into ford it was perfectly fine I only asked them to diagnose my cooling system and service my car. They then asked for a little less than nine thousand for a car that still over heats, yet they charged me and I paid for things that I never asked them to repair/replace on the car and I still landed with a overheating car. I want ford to refund me or they fix my car.
