Cellphone ****** from Vehicle boot (In Bag)

I arrived at Basil Green Ford in Greenstone on the 16.07.2015 at 7:30 am. I have booked my car in to have a new rear fog light fitted. I was told this would take about an hour. The car was only ready at 10:30. I then checked in my boot if all my belongings were there only to discover that my phone Samsung S3 mini has disappeared. I drove back home quickly to check because I did not want to accuse anyone. But I was pretty sure that I had left the phone in my bag in my boot. I then returned to the dealership to let them know that my phone was ******, I was told there are cameras everywhere and they should be able to find the *****, I was told not to call the police because they will investigate and let me know. Fast forward to 16:20 in the afternoon and I have not heard anything from FORD! I called the workshop manager who told me they cannot find anything on camera but they are still investigating. Why did I wait almost 3 hours for a rear fog light to be installed? Why was my car taken to the car wash without me being informed? What was anyone doing in my boot since all I need fixed was the rear fog light? I will be pressing charges on everyone who had access to my car!
