Ceiling grab handle design

With a slight pull, all three my 2014 Ford Figo's ceiling grab handles came off, which is dangerous, since passengers rely thereon to stabilise themselves during sudden turns or accidents. After returning the car three times to the agent, Ford was still unable to secure the left front grab handle and suggested I phone their customer care line in an endeavour to resolve the issue. I refused, and asked the service manager to contact them, who phoned them, provided background details, where after I also spoke to them and finished the call. A month later, and customer care still didn't come back to me. <br> <br> I am of the opinion there is a design error with the grab clips securing the handles to the ceiling. I accordingly also urge fellow 2014 Figo owners the test their vehicle grab handles.<br> <br> I am also dissatisfied with the Ford agent's the lack of will to resolve the matter, as evidenced by the fact that after returning the vehicle three times for repair and still waiting for their customer care to respond (since middle August), the matter is not resolved yet!
