Carefully consider

I had the 3 best months driving my 2023 XLT Ford Ranger, that was unfortunately followed by the 3 worst months.

I was involved in an accident on 9/4/23. The Bakkie was taken to a repair center. Although there was a slight delay in the confirmation from the insurance due to quite a few holidays over this time I was told that the parts will arrive in 10-15 working days.

60 working days later and the ETA just keep moving on. I am super disappointed in Ford as not once did anyone made contact with me to explain the situation or was I told when I bought the Bakkie that if an accident were to happen that there is no parts available.

Carefully consider this when buying your new Ford.
