Car returned filthy

I took my car for 100000km service two days ago. I received a call from Zelda telling me that the car has been serviced and is now going to the washer and that they will send a driver to come and pick me up. 2 hours later there was still no driver to pick me up. I had to organize my own transport to collect my car and when I got there my car was dirty and all they boxes of parts that they were changing in the car were thrown inside the car and the spare wheel was taken out of the boot and not put back in as found. Everything in my car was deurmekaar! When I asked them what happened I could not get a straight answer but they assured me that they would send someone to my office the next day (which was yesterday) to come and collect my car so that they can clean it up. I left and never heard from them the next day. I called and they assured me again that they will definitely sort me out today. It's halfway through the day today and I still haven't heard anything from them. In all the years I have serviced my car at ford Roodepoort or Northcliff, I have never experienced this kind of upalling service! Ford Fury Midrand gave me terrible service. :(
