Car released to 3rd party without client consent

My Ford Fiesta was booked in for service and repairs two weeks ago, under the agreement that Lindsay Saker would pay for the repairs as the car was bought from them.<br> <br> Ford Hatfield released my car to Lindsay Saker without letting me know. My car is now in Kempton Park, but that I only found out after a lot of effort.<br> <br> Never have I experienced such a blatant disregard to a customer, than that I experienced from Lindsay Saker and Ford.<br> <br> STAY AWAY!!!
