Car not repaired/taking over 4 months to get fixed

I took my car in for repairs at the Ford dealership in Rhodesfield at the end of May, they sent me a quote shortly after that,which I accepted and waited for the car to be fixed. It's been over 4 months and I currently still don't have my car,. I have called numerous times and I'm told different stories about technicians being busy/not available/the car had to be taken to an electrician off site.<br> A few weeks back I got a second quote due to the fact that more damages were discovered and I accepted the quote, a month has lapsed and I still don't have me car.<br> I make the follow ups every second day, no body bothers to call me back for updates or anything.I leave messages for Jo Ann and she never returns my calls and it seems like nobody really knows what the story is with the car.<br> Can you please intervene and speedy up the process of the car getting returned/fixed.<br>
