car involved in previous accident.. not disclosed

<p>i bought my son in pretoria a car from silverlakes pretoria... a woman bumped his fron fender... when he went to the panel beater he advised my son that the car been invilved in a previous accident.. we were not advised of this...the car was bouight from ford silverlakes pretoria who has a very arrogant manager...i have been trying to get a reinbursment for what car would have been sold for.. it was a 2015 demo model....the manager refuses this and says even if we take the legal route he will not budge on his decision... they have offered to repair the car numerous times but dont do anything about it.. the manager says we should leave it as it is as the paint is a very good match !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. what they dont want ot acknowledge is thatt when my son decides to trade this car in he will haveto declare an accident that he nevr had !!!!!!!this has been going on for months now ..... cant get no satifaction from this dealer .... would def nor reccomend ford silverlakes to anyone.... when they have your money thats it !!! after sales service stinks. sheila maurice</p>
