Car been there for over a week now

I bought a Ford Kuga just under a year now. The car went in for a service and since it got back it comes up with an error to say the car overheats. I left my car there on Friday 20th November 2015 to get this sorted out. Today is the 1st December and they still have no answers for me. I have to call them on a daily basis otherwise I hear nothing from them. The only thing I am told is that they have a process to follow. Their process is - they send something to Ford Factory and then get a reply. this has been going on for over a month and half now (if not more).
