Cant fix aircondition console

August I took my Ford Ranger to Ford Alberton for a service and to have my air-conditioning console fixed seeing that the air only blew trough 2 settings and not all of them my bakkie stood there for 2 days the manager phoned me to say that it would take another 3 days just to get the part, as a contractor i could not afford to leave my car there for such along period so i said that i would come install it at my following service wich was wednesday 20th of Oct they phoned me back today Thursday to say that they can't fix it now and it has to stay there for another week! So it's becoming very clear to me Ford can't fix a simple problem as an air-condition fault and waiting for my car to go out of it's maintenance plan....This is totally dispicable seeing that I've always supported Ford but when it comes to customer satisfaction they lack terribly! My next car will definitely be a Toyota.
