cant buy a new car

I purchased a Ford Kuga 1.5 in 2015.

I live in the North west province and at the time I purchased the Kuga I was pretty happy with it drives lekker, im not to fussy on the fuel consumption.

It all started when i went to visit my Mom in Mpumalanga, there i figured out that this car can not be parked in my moms drive way. the drive ways in Nelspruit are very steep and that the engin is way to small to drive up that small incline. you need to rev it through the roof and try not to burn the clutch. Or you need to have a run up.

the above was when I started to not enjoy the car anymore.

now we carry on to how much have I lost in this deal.

last year the Ford Kuga started setting on fire. now before you say anything I(ME) am well aware that it is not all of them and that it is a certain model. However the people out there dont know that. they hear or see Ford Kuga and automatically think... OMG fire waiting to happen...

now a few things are happening to me,

1. I am being humiliated where ever I go. ( people Mock me all the time)

2. I am losing money every month the longer i keep it.

3. I cant trade it in for a new car.

I went to my Local Ford Dealer in Klerksdorp where i purchased my Ford Fiesta then the Ford Kuga and saw that they have what is called a blue sky deal.

I walked away there with my ford Kuga as now that it is a problem car no one wants it.

the trade on my car is R248000, however the highest bidder at a private garage was 180000 and at Daly Ford Klerksdorp R220000, so between what is left between what the Garage and my actual settlement i could not afford to buy a new vehicle. and that i am now stuck with this Ford Kuga and get nothing for it by the time i have finished paying it off.

i cant sell my car privately as everyone sees it as the one that sets on fire. so i cant buy that new Ranger.

i feel that Ford should assit us Kuga owners in a way to get out of the deal especially if we were to purchase a new Ford.

since the 13th of March i have had No reponse from Ford.
well if i do eventually get out of this deal i will never buy a ford again.
i bought a brand new ford fiesta, then a brand new for Kuga, now when i wanted to sell the Kuga and get the new ranger you are refusing me to do so.
