Buying new and expensive car. I expect better

Taking my car in for a service on Wednesday they notify me about a pipe that has to be replaced. Car still being under waranty it wont cost anything. Upon getting to ford at an aranged and agreed time to pick up my vehicle they inform me there is another pipe that has to be replaced. According to them it was out of stock and they wont release the car before repairs are done but also refuse to give me a car. So I ended up without a car for a few days which almost cost me my job. I don't think it should be MY problem to organise transport on such short notice because THEY dont have stock. I expected better service
