BRAND NEW HALF TANKED FORD FOCUS 1.0 ECOBOOST COMPLAINT - NELSPRUIT BRANCH

Good day

I would like to log a complaint about the half tanked car that I bought and fetched on Friday 08.09.2017 at Nelspruit branch at Riverside Park. Thabo was my sales person and I asked him about that issue and he escalated the matter to the manager by the name of Shirley.

Then Shirley authorized Thabo to take the car to the garage to fill it up but the car came back still not full (please refer to the pictures) I was not happy with Shirley’s attitude with regards to this issue as she even told me that she’s not even making profit on the car that I bought.

Please advise ASAP on how to resolve this matter as I am looking forward to even take this matter on Hello Peter or even further.
