Brand new car - 11 months later still not fixed

Bought a brand new Ecosport from<br> Ford beginning of the year. We have had problems with<br> The boot not closing, wind coming through door rubbers, and a vibration under the car. The car has been back 4 times and has been at ford for last 2 days. <br> Rubber and door alignment is good but vibration under <br> He car is still there. It is inexcusable that the car <br> Has been back so many times and the problems not delt with. Ford Alberton refuse to take anyone seriously and do not respect people's time or consider the <br> Inconvenience they cause people. How is it possible that they do not attend to it after 4 times????? Do not deal with ford Alberton at all- amateurs, rude and poor service! Sick to death of this!
