Brakes Making Sound

Hi, I not happy about ford anymore and wouldn't recommend to anyone, I was told that brakes are not covered, I was told by service booking lady in Witbank Eastvaal. My car is still under warranty and maintenance plan, my car brakes are finished and it's now eating the brake disc. why do I need to pay, my mileage is 51000 I am not happy and am going to tell the whole world and hellopeter. I am driving a ford fiesta Titinium2016 model 1.0, I Bought my car at 24Motors in Ermelo. Please fix it.
