BRAKE FAILURE WITH A BRAND NEW FORD FIESTA
I also have allowed Ford the opportunity to assist me and after i spoke to someone a week ago advising they would get back to me this being said the person i spoke to acknowledged my repetitive complaints regarding my faulty brakes on the vehicle and also noted that he was recalls that he was handling with my case regarding my complaints pertaining to the vehicle purchased from Ford.
The person i spoke to i also noted that my vehicle was not even 6 months old when new brake pads had to be fitted and advised that i have never purchased a brand new vehicle before where brake pads had to be replaced so early or even at all on a new vehicle.
It has also been communicated to Ford that due to brake failure on the vehicle this caused my vehicle to go off the road which led to my recent motor vehicle accident.
It is evidently clear that FORD MOTOR GROUP SA takes these kind of matters very lightly. It is rather disappointing that the lives of your customers who sit behind the wheel of a Ford vehicle is not taken very seriously.
Ford has been taken to task for the man who lost his life in a Ford Kuga which caught fire due to a mechanical malfunction, i have spent months engaging Ford regarding the braking system on my vehicle and also noted in an email that i would hold Ford liable if anything happened with my son and I in the vehicle.
So i am not going to waste any further efforts trying to get any assistance at all from Ford, but i am going to take this matter public and create awareness for people not to make the mistake of purchasing a FORD BRAND.
