Boot shocks

I bought a new Kuga in February of 2014 and never had any complaints about the car. At 28000km mark the boot shocks started leaking, lost the oil and I had to ask Ford to replace it. I waited almost a year and never got any answer. In June of last year I went back to Ford Hatfiled and the lady who asked for shock absorbers no longer works there. I had to ask again (??) for a new order…. End of 2017 nothing…and it's January 2018 and I have never had a reply. The car has 60,000 km and I’m still waiting.. Not sure what do do anymore... I also can go and buy other ones... but I think Ford should do something about this.
