Bitter & sweet experience

On the 12 - 13 - 14 March 2018 I had braking problems in my ford figo which I called Ford Eagle Corner in Bramley to help me before I see myself in an accident and they couldn't help me for those past three days since i was working in Melrose that week , I was driving my car with failing brake's . On the 14 March 2018 after they turn me down for the third time , At 10 am I decided to call Ford Fury on William Nicol in sandton since is not far from Melrose and got help from Maryke Edgar who said bring your car right now cause brake's are safety hazard.. I did as her advice to me .. She offered me a cappuccino & ****in and my car was fixed On 16 March 2018 my friend forg figo had electronic fault we took it to William Nicol ford dealership and Maryke Edgar help me again with her constant telephonic update I will like to thank her for her dedication to customers.. I will always refer my friends and family to William Nicol ford dealership
