Beyond terrible service

I contacted Ford relations when I contacted your general line around October 2016 after my Ford Fiesta ST, 2014 model had a problem with its aircon where col air was no longer coming through. I then took the car to Steyns Auto in Struben Street Pretoria. Together with this aircon problem what immediately happened after was that steam was coming from my bonnet around the area where the aircon is because it could be seen by the bonnet on top side close to the front windscreen. So Steyns Auto was informed of this when I took the car to them. This can be seen when an investigation is done because the job cards will indicate this. During the day Steyns contacted me and indicated that the filter needs to be cleaned o replaced as well as the water pipe which seemingly had a whole in it. I inquired from them to check why I never got a warning light or anything and they said because the whole was supposedly just before the area where it would be detected on the computer and that is why there were no signs in the car or no warning lights etc. They kept my car for 3 days of which I was without a car now already because the warranty needed to be checked and the part ordered. Fine, so they did that and I took my car home. About a week later the same thing happened where my aircon was not working and now when I had put water in the car, again the water came leaking from the bottom, the aircon did not work and now the car also started pulling differently and without any power, as in a speed of 40km. I contacted Steyns Auto Ford again and told them what happened and took the car back to them. Again they kept the car for 3 days after contacting me saying that yes they replaced the water pipe with a new one but now the water pump also has a whole and does not suck the water from the pipe properly that is why this happened again and I also contacted Hatfield Ford in Duncan street now and asked whether when the car was for service in March last year 2016, was my filter for the aircon cleaned that now Steyns is saying the filter needed to be replaced apart from this water leaking problem. They sent me the job card and the invoice where they indicated they replaced the filter that month when the car was serviced so the aircon should not be damaged as I don't drive on a dusty road each day either. I informed Steyns Auto and forwarded that invoice to them so then they said they cleaned the filter and again had to contact warranty for the water pump now also to be ordered and replaced. Fine, that was done and I got the car days later. By this time I had contacted ford relations via email on that frc2 email address and Antonia Torres responded and tried calling me but I never spoke to he over the phone because I wanted to make ford aware of the fact that this was actually now the 3rd time I had taken the car to Steyns Auto, after they kept my car for more than 3 days and still the same problem persisted with the car. After I took the car a 4th time to Steyns Auto and after emailing you people about it the last two times took my car to Steyns, because my car then drove at a pace of 40 km again, when the aircon is switched on it makes a noise and no cool air, the car makes a noise, a terrible loud noise after driving as if it cools down when it stops and on top of that the water leaks at the bottom when it is poured in. So this happened the 3rd and 4th time and this kept happening a week after I had driven the car from getting it back from Steyns Auto and I took the car to them immediately after these problems occurred. The last time the car was taken there, the 4th time, Jaco at Steyns Auto and the manager from Steyns Auto was called by me and I explained this whole situation to them and indicated that the car was not right, they supposedly put the car on the computer and nothing showed and they didn't understand what was wrong.

I then contacted Hatfield Ford and asked to please after being so fully booked to please look at my car and they helped me on Thursday 08 December 2016 when they took the car in the morning. They contacted me during that day and said there is a huge problem with my car of which oil and water mixed, the cylinder head has blown so now it was going to be a 3 week repair process and investigations was going to take place, photos etc. So now obviously I am ****ed at this time because why did Steyns not pick this up! I contacted Steyns Auto and told them what was discovered and the manager at Steyns Auto told me no they don't think that would have happened, can I let them take the car from Hatfield and look at it again and do their investigations. I contacted Hatfield Ford and told them what Steyns Auto wants to do and immediately said to Hatfield, no I don't want Steyns to take the car, Hatfield must fix it. Now again a problem with Hatfield Ford because I was never sent the photos and investigations or kept abreast of what is happening with the car, after Jeanette assured me that is what she was going to do and I only received a courtesy car which was filthy inside the second week after they have had my car. I have sent countless emails which I am sure are on your records as well as phonecalls made to Dagney where I told her, what exactly are you as Ford doing with first of all Steyns Auto and now Hatfield Ford as well because now this problem is even containing so many issues and I am the one without a car. You have recorded calls, you have emails which I have sent to Dagney, which has done absolutely nothing as the case manager on this, instead sending me one email asking if I had collected the car already. I am currently driving with a courtesy car Hatfield which they provided me with two weeks after they had my car, on 23 December 2016 when my car was supposed to fully fixed by Hatfield ford, my car was not ready and I went there and told them that I have informed them via emails as well that I am driving to Cape Town and if my car is not ready, I will drive this courtesy car to Cape Town because I am still waiting for my car. Jeanette the manager as Hatfield ford said it is fine and that s what happened. On my arrival in Pretoria, mind you with another 3 weeks, my car is not ready on Monday 16 January 2017 as was agreed by Jeanette and of which Dagney was also informed of. I was then, to top it all, called on 16 January 2016 around 14:30 by Jeanette where she said she got into my car and the car was being brought to my work of which they will take their courtesy car and I will have my car, but now the engine light suddenly went on. She said supposedly all this time whilst the car was at Hatfiled Ford, it was fine but on the day when she wanted to drive the car to me, the engine light went on. I contacted Dagney about this and she calls me back saying she spoke to Jeanette and Jeanette said she is on her way bringing the car to me. What total **** is this exactly? Because this is a new car I bought in May 2016 and after your scandal and faulty manufacturing of your Ford Kugas int hat same year, what is to say my car was also not manufactured properly because in actual fact your CEO of Ford indicated the car overheated of the Kuga and the cylinder head blows and this is exactly what happened to my Ford Fiesta ST as well. On top of this, I am up to today without my car and neither Jeanette nor your case manager Dagney is doing their job looking at this matter and resolving this!
