Beyond absolute pathetic service

I have sent a message on this platform before and I have still not received any phonecall from Ford SA. I am extremely unhappy with my Ford Fiesta ST 2014 and I was dismissed and not taken note of in 2016 when my car was a mere 51 800 mileage and a huge mechanical failure happened withcycilner head cracking etc amd water and oil mixed. My car is driven normally from work to homeand only does an occasional long trip from Pretoria to Cape Town but no way in a timeframe of 6 years with the car now over 200 000 can the same thing happen around the same month 2 to 3 years later with water and oil mixing and cylinder head cracking.

The various Ford dealerships in Pretoria, Steyns Auto, FordHatfield did very bad work, I havehad major struggles and now 2 and half years later this happens again!.

Ford SA needs to take responsibility because this car was boughtin May 2014 and there are various articles lf which FoRD SAand itsbossesdismiss thay carsmanufacturedbefore December 2014 including the Ford Fiesta ST were recalled. Why was this not indicated to me becausethe problems are being half mended and me as theclient sit with the problems. I wonder of they first want the car to take fire thenthey react not acknowledging their bad work.
