Beyond Absolute pathetic service

I want answers from Ford SA on this urgent matter I have. I have a Ford Fiesta ST 2014 model, car has been serviced regularly on time.

Why the 1st time in 2 years in 2016 was my car having the problem of the cylinder head and overheating engine in December 2016, just 2 years after the car was bought new. The car is being driven normally to work and back a long trip to Cape Town once a year because I work in Pretoria, the car was bought at Novel Ford Paarl.

The 1st time this issue was the problem and I major fights with where the car was regularly serviced at Steyns Auto in Pretoria and then Hatfield Ford Pretoria and nothing is picked up at service times, then suddenly the car starts with overheating few months later. Then the car was repaired for months on end, oil and water mixed then the car dripped oil the same time after and it was a problem.

Now again in 2020 after the car was serviced in May this year, nothing is picked up, just hundreds kilometers over 200 000 the Extended Warranty has lapsed, in August 2020, a second time the 1st thing that happened occurs again.

This is absolute ****, it says clearly on the internet that if a Ford ST was built before December 2014 and there is a peoblem with the cylinder head and overheating, this is a manufacturer fault and clearly this is. Why is Ford not taking responsibility for it and the rrespective dealerships not checking and admitting and wanting the client to pay for this ****.

This matter needs to be dealt with immediately.
