BEEN WAITING 7 WEEKS FOR FEEDBACK ON MY CAR

Car was booked in 7 weeks ago! Silver Lakes have sent thousands of emails to head office with the warrant enquiry as it as cancelled one year after purchase but when i purchased the car in MArch 2017 FOrd confirmed it was still active, NO FEEDBACK NO ANSWER

For a person who loved FOrd even with all the KUGA ****, i am sure to never in my life purchase a Ford again as its the worst service i have ever experienced in my life, you guys are worse than the goverment and i will never recommend any one to ever purchase a ford again!!!!! Hope the Ombudsman will sort this out quickly!!
