BB MENLYN BAD SERVICE

I am very dissapoited at how BB Menlyn is dealing with my car. My car burst into smoke while driving , After what happened to Kugga, I thought the best people to call is road side assistant (AA), those guys came to the scene intime and load my Ecosport on a truck, when the driver get to menlyn, an hour later i call in at service and check if my car was bookedin, i was called my car is not there, i spoke to Hynes who was not so frindly first and second time i call, I called AA driver to ask where is my car and he told me he droped it at BB Menlyn, I think I called more than 7 times asking where is my car until I plead with Hyns to go around the building to look for my Ford Ecosport, after 3 hours, I was told my car is there it was packed at the back of the building not booked in. I asked the AA driver who received my car, before that he had to drive from Midrand to Menly to come and point out who received my car., It was Marshal and Daniel, Daniel is the one who drove the car to the back and he never booked the car. Okay now I am asking what is wrong with the car, its another battle, I will call so many times and the only answer i receive is "We have only two technicians and they busy with 40 cars, It was Bianca who told me i should forget that my car will be fixed this week and i should make alternative means of transport. I was also told that there is few Models of FORD that have been recalled for Clutch fault. My car was diognosed today and I am toll I burnt clutch and I should pay R10500, I have been driving for many years and i have never seen a brand new car burning clutch, this car is not even one year old, please guys i dont want to have a battle with FORD over my car, Fix my car and lets settle this in the rite way
